I have a dear love for peanut butter cookies. Especially when they have crushed Butterfinger and giant chocolate chunks inside. This is a great recipe to bake with your kids or just even as a late night snack. They are peanut buttery sweet and nice and chewy in the center. Yum!
Happy baking
Let’s start by creaming your butter and sugars.
Mix, mix, mix!
Your peanut butter goes in next!
Add your egg.
Once well combined, time for the dry ingredients.
Flour, baking soda and baking powder.
I used these Fresh and Easy Belgian Milk Chocolate Bars. Use whatever chocolate you’d like
Cube up your chocolate and add it to the mixer.
Add some crushed Butterfinger bars.
This dough is to die for by the way
Onto the cookie sheet they go.
Take a fork and press criss cross marks into the cookie if desired.
Ahhhh, right out of the oven!
My boys got silly as they were munching these cookies, love this!
Brothers, cookies and laughs. Good times
Aren’t they pretty?
They package up quite nicely for gift giving.
Ingredients
Directions
Makes 2 dozen cookies
This post is in partnership with Gold Medal Flour, but opinions are my own.

What is it about red velvet cookies that make my heart skip a beat? The deep fantastic red color? Who knows, but what I do know is that these simple, no fuss, make in about 15 minute cookies are to die for!
Try them for yourself, you’ll see what I’m talking about. As if they are not good enough, I’ve added giant chunks of Dark Milky Way bars to the dough with some cute little mini chocolate chips.
Perfect for your Valentine and even better for yourself, lol! Enjoy friends!

Anyone have any idea how many butterfingers it takes to make 1 1/2 cups, crushed? I would like to avoid buying too many extras, haha!
