Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
You are in for such a treat with these butterfinger cookies! I have a dear love for peanut butter cookies. Especially when they have crushed Butterfinger and giant chocolate chunks inside. This is a great recipe to bake with your kids or just even as a late night snack. They are peanut buttery sweet and nice and chewy in the center. Yum! Happy baking 🙂

Let’s start by creaming your butter and sugars.
How To Make Butterfinger Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a large baking sheet with a silpat liner or parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars in stand or electric mixer until well combined, about 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and mix until combined. Egg and vanilla up next, beating until well combined.
- Add flour and baking soda to the mixer following Butterfinger and chocolate chunks mixing until just combined. With a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart and with tines of a fork, press criss cross marks into the cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until baked through. Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
Mix, mix, mix!
Your peanut butter goes in next!
Add your egg.
Once well combined, time for the dry ingredients.
Flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Cube up your chocolate and add it to the mixer.
Add some crushed Butterfinger bars.
This dough is to die for by the way 🙂
Onto the cookie sheet they go.
Take a fork and press criss cross marks into the cookie if desired.
Ahhhh, right out of the oven!
My boys got silly as they were munching these cookies, love this!
Brothers, cookies and laughs. Good times 🙂
Aren’t they pretty? They package up quite nicely for gift giving.
