I would definitely makes some homemade whole-wheat bread. I’ve made it a couple times recently, but I’d loved to not have to dirty by table to knead it.

I would make a cake in honor of my mom. She was a fabulous cake baker and decorator, and always said that her KitchenAid was the best mixer for mixing up the batter and whipping the cream.

I would make key lime pie cupcakes. Key lime is my favorite! Or a lemon merignue pie with the perfect meringue.

First I think I will make pizza dough. (some for pizza and some for stuffed bread..with hamburger or chicken). Than I will make some cookies that I saw done on food network for my husband who is in hospice. Yes I will share with the caregivers at Benincasa Hospice Home (I love them all). What am I saying…I would just bake all day with it… I have always wanted one…not even santa got me one!

I love to bake, and since it’s fall I love to bake with pumpkin. One of my favorite recipes is for pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting. Yum! I love sharing them with my family, friends, and coworkers.

I would make a chocolate meringue pie. I need to perfect it for Thanksgiving. My grandmother used to make it every year and ever since she passed away we’ve never tried to make it. I think it would mean a lot to my family to have it again.

Sausage Balls. An app that dates back to the ’80’s but is still so popular. The stand mixer with the dough hook attached makes short and easy work of mixing the heavy dough together and rolling the balls becomes dead easy.

I would make your double chocolate pumpkin cake with pumpkin spice buttercream! it looks so yummy!

I think I will just permanently have my kitchen aid mixer mixing recipe after recipe when I first get it. However, the first thing to make will be bread. Homemade whole wheat bread. mmmmmm
