If I could have any dessert for Mother’s Day, I would have to go with a berry trifle. Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries layered in between lemon cream and pound cake…I’m drooling just thinking about it!

I am not a mom but my favorite would be chocolate mousse! My Mom’s favorite dessert is vanilla cake with butter cream icing. She love’s experimenting and finding new favorites though!
