If I could have any mothers day dessert, I would have wafer cookies filled with hazelnut cream and drizzled with chocolate 🙂

As a true pink girl, I have to believe that dishes would taste better prepared in pink appliances! My choice of dessert for Mother’s Day would be chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Yum!

I’m not a mom, so I’m going to “cheat” on this posting and say what I plan on making my mother. I’m going to make chocolate muffins with the surprise of bacon in them. Or maybe I’ll do them as scones instead. I still have some time.
