    If I could have anything for Mother’s Day, it would be meringues! I love the light, airy, whipped feeling in a solid, and my own mother loves them as well!

    I LOVE chocolate. I think I dream in chocolate.Sooo… for my Mother’s Day dream dessert I am searching for the perfect chocolate cake with chocolate frosting (maybe a dab of vanilla ice cream on the side.) Mmmmmmmm.

    If I was able to be with my Mom this Sunday I would make her a carrot cake all for her. That is her most favorite cake and she rarely ever has it.

    Bread Pudding Souffle. It’s my favorite dessert. I rarely have it (it’s made at Commander’s Palace in NOLA), but oh man, it’s SO insanely good!

    If I could have any mothers day dessert it would be chewy fudgy brownies with caramel sauce and chocolate on top as well as pecans. By far my mother and I’s favorite dessert !
