My moms favorite is lemon meringue pie…I have never made one home made but I would give it a try. My boys and I would also fix a cheesecake for me 🙂 normally my husband and the boys fix one of the boxed cheesecakes….but my husband is deployed this year so it looks like I will be helping them lol

Anything with chocolate, caramel and nuts – if it were calorie free, that would be a bonus!

Ummmm….anything chocolate, like Chocolate Mousse Cake or Mudslide Pie! But if we a ‘wishing’ they would be calorie-free & fat-free! 😉
