I’ve just eaten, so right now I’m thinking that I would love something to go with my tea, such as biscotti. However, ice cream is always great- particularly with espresso or coffee. 🙂 (p.s. am I allowed to enter even though I’m not a mother?)

The dessert I can’t get out of my brain is this Key Lime Creme Brulee I had last year on Dupont Circle in D.C. It was amazing. I would love to have it any time!

If I could have any dessert, it would definitely be my grandmother’s yeast donuts. Every weekend, we would go to her house to visit and she usually had some kind of treat freshly made. My ultimate favorite were here yeast donuts. They were the best when just fresh out of the hot oil and glistening with the sugar crystals she would dunk them in. YUM!
So far, every donut I’ve tried is just a donut. Grandma’s donuts were made with love and care. You just can’t beat it! Here’s to you Grandma! I love and miss you very much!

Raspberry Cheesecake made with that fantastic and beautiful Raspberry Ice KitchenAid. I’ve wanted a KitchenAid all my life and now that I’m cooking and baking more (finally have someone to appreciate it and share with), it would be the ultimate blessing!
And then again, I need a blender, too.
