We have an amazing recipe in our family called Cherries in a Cloud. It’s a crispy meringue layered with fluffy, whipped cream layer then topped by cherries. Fantastic!

If I could choose my Mother’s Day dessert of choice…it would hands down be my mom’s famous fresh raspberry chocolate cake! Homemade icing, fresh raspberries, homemade raspberry sauce, and yummy chocolate cake! Oh I could just eat that for every single meal! YUMMY!

It’s a tie between German chocolate cake and meringues

This is a toughie since I love to bake and I love dessert. However, I think in honor of Mother’s Day, I’d honor my late mother’s memory by making her apple cake. If I were to honor my grandmother, I’d make her pecan rolls. And my other grandmother’s rugalach. If it were just for me, anything chocolate! =) I have my mother’s Kitchen Aid mixer, which is about 30 years old. Still works great, but I would LOVE this hot pink one in my kitchen! She died of breast cancer and this color would honor her and her culinary skills! Happy Mother’s Day to you, Jenny!

If I could have any dessert for Mother’s Day, it would have to be Strawberry Shortcake with strawberry pie to follow! Then I’d need a NAP!~ 😉

I would like to have a homemade peach pie with fresh peaches and a flaky crust just like my grandma used to make.

My mom’s favorite is white chocolate raspberry cheesecake with crushed up chocolate teddy grahams as the crust. Yum 🙂

I just made Chocolate Chip-Walnut Zucchini Bread. I’d love to have that for Mother’s Day dessert ’cause I already tasted it and it’s awesome!
