- Extra Virgin Olive Oil– The oil is used to cook the garlic and ground chicken.
- Minced Garlic– Minced garlic adds flavor the ground chicken.
- Ground Chicken– Ground chicken cooks up quick, makes the perfect weeknight dinner option.
- Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix– Check for Ranch seasoning in the salad dressing section of your grocery store.
- Buffalo Sauce– We prefer the Primal Kitchen brand buffalo sauce if you can find it.
- Provolone Slices– I melt provolone slices in the buffalo chicken mixture before serving. It helps keep the ground chicken together and gives it that delicious cheesy-ness.
- Soft Rolls– Look for soft Brioche Rolls in the bakery section of the grocery store.
- Ranch Dressing– You will drizzle a little ranch dressing on the rolls for the sloppy joes.
- Arugula– We used arugula added to the sloppy joes, but any lettuce of your choice works great.
