I found this giant bag of green beans from Costco. You can find smaller packages at the regular grocery store.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Place oil into large skillet over medium heat. Add green beans, salt and pepper, stirring to combine. Cook and stir for 7-10 minutes, until softened. Stir in Frank's and honey until combined. Serve hot.

  1. As a Buffalo gal, I’m so excited you used Frank’s Red Hot Sauce! My husband puts it on his morning cereal, he thinks it’s that good! And I’ve read that green beans are one of the top foods for diabetics! Yay. As the Home Depot commercials say, “let’s do this”

    I made this tonight and OMG was it good! We even used the leftover sauce to dunk our chicken in! I cut the reipe in half since it’s just me & hubby eating the veggies. Hubby was mad that we ran out lol!
