Ingredients Needed For Churro Fat Bombs
I love that there’s just a few ingredients needed to make fat bombs. See the recipe card located at the bottom of the post for full details/instructions.
- Full-Fat Cream Cheese– Be sure to use full-fat cream cheese for the recipe for best results.
- Sugar Substitute– I prefer using Lakanta Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol, Classic or Swerve
- Ground Cinnamon– Just a touch of cinnamon adds the perfect spice to the fat bombs.
- Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips– I use Lily brand sugar free chips.
How To Make Fat Bombs
Prepare Fat Bomb Mixture. Place softened cream cheese, sugar substitute, 1 tablespoon finely chopped white chocolate chips, and ground cinnamon into a large mixing bowl. With a spoon, mix until well combined.
Chop White Chocolate Chips. Place remaining 2 tablespoons finely chopped white chocolate chips onto a flat plate to get ready to roll Fat Bombs.
Scoop and Roll Fat Bombs Into White Chips. With a 1 tablespoon sized cookie scoop, scoop cream cheese mixture then carefully place it onto chopped white chocolate chips. Roll all sides into chips then place onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Continue until all cream cheese mixture has been used. Freeze for 20-30 minutes before serving. Serve cold.
Can I Make Fat Bombs With Regular Ingredients?
- If you don’t want to make this low carb, low sugar version, use regular granulated sugar and regular white chocolate chips.
Where Can I Find Sugar Free Chocolate Chips?
To my surprise, my local grocery store carries Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips. Check your grocery store’s baking isle. Sprouts is another great place to look. They also sell Lily’s and a couple other brands. I have really been enjoying the Lily’s Brand in both white chocolate and dark chocolate chips.

I love how simple it is to whip up fat bomb recipes! You need to make sure your cream cheese is softened in advance then mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
How Can I Soften My Cream Cheese Quickly?
A huge time saving tip is, heat your oven to the warm temperature setting and place your cold cream cheese that’s still wrapped in the foil wrapper into the warm oven for about 10-15 minutes or until softened. Works like a charm!

How To Serve Churro Cream Cheese Bites
Serve fat bombs cold stacked onto a serving plate. These are great for any occasion where a sweet treat is wanted. They’re perfect for making in advance and pulling out at any moment when needed.
How To Store Leftovers
Freezer Instructions. I place the fat bombs into an airtight container and freeze them for 3-4 months as needed. They’re great to pull out of the freezer for a quick low carb sweet treat! Let fat bombs sit for 5 minutes when removed from freezer before eating.
