These little cream cheese fat bombs are full of sweet flavor and healthier for those on a low carb or keto diet! We pop them in the freezer and enjoy them when we need a sweet treat!

Ingredients For Fat Bomb Recipes
- softened cream cheese– I use the full fat version
- Lakanta Monkfruit Sweetener, Classic– I can find this brand at my local Sprouts.
- Dark unsweetened cocoa powder– Find unsweetened cocoa powder in the baking isle of the grocery store.
- creamy peanut butter– Use your favorite brand of peanut butter.
- Lily’s Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips– My regular grocery store has the Lily’s sugar free chips.

Fat Bombs are loaded with fat-rich ingredients, like coconut oil and avocado, that can fill you up fast and satisfy any sweet, nutty craving that might sneak up on you. How To Make Keto Fat Bomb Recipe
- Place softened cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar substitute, cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon chopped chocolate chips into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. With a small cookie scoop, about 1 tablespoon size, scoop cream cheese mixture and carefully drop into the 2 tablespoons of finely chopped dark chocolate chips. Roll until all sides are covered with chocolate. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 20-30 minutes to firm up. Remove and stack onto a serving plate. Enjoy cold.

Carefully place cream cheese mixture into more chopped sugar free chocolate chips and carefully roll to coat all sides.
Place balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 20-30 minutes.

- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Lakanta Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol Classic
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Lily's Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lily's Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips finely chopped, for rolling
Instructions
