These little cream cheese fat bombs are full of sweet flavor and healthier for those on a low carb or keto diet! We pop them in the freezer and enjoy them when we need a sweet treat!

Ingredients For Fat Bomb Recipes

  • softened cream cheese– I use the full fat version
  • Lakanta Monkfruit Sweetener, Classic– I can find this brand at my local Sprouts.
  • Dark unsweetened cocoa powder– Find unsweetened cocoa powder in the baking isle of the grocery store.
  • creamy peanut butter– Use your favorite brand of peanut butter.
  • Lily’s Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips– My regular grocery store has the Lily’s sugar free chips.

Fat Bombs are loaded with fat-rich ingredients, like coconut oil and avocado, that can fill you up fast and satisfy any sweet, nutty craving that might sneak up on you. They’re a high-fat, bite-sized keto snack. They can be savory or sweet and are usually spherical in shape; however, square, cylinder, and heart-shaped bombs are also popular,

How To Make Keto Fat Bomb Recipe

  1. Place softened cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar substitute, cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon chopped chocolate chips into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. With a small cookie scoop, about 1 tablespoon size, scoop cream cheese mixture and carefully drop into the 2 tablespoons of finely chopped dark chocolate chips. Roll until all sides are covered with chocolate. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 20-30 minutes to firm up. Remove and stack onto a serving plate. Enjoy cold.
