Monday: Teriyaki Chicken Quinoa Power Bowl

Tuesday: Parmesan BLT Whole Wheat Pasta

Wednesday: Skinny Green Yogurt Chicken Salad

Thursday: Skinny Tomato Soup with Cheesy Orzo

Friday and Saturday this mama takes a break from the kitchen 🙂

Sunday: Lemon Chicken Quinoa Vegetable Soup

Dessert Idea: Honey Almond Blueberry Bruschetta
