Any dessert!? I’d have to say chocolate trifle! Anything chocolate is a favorite, but cake, pudding, and cool whip with toffee bits?? I’m all in 🙂

I would make the blueberry and lemon crepes you posted the other day for Mother’s day! They looked so great and my mom would really love them!

    Hi Jenny,
    I follow you from Portugal.
Unfortunately I am not with my mother this year for mother’s day… If I could be close to her, I would, absolutely, rather eat one of her favourite desserts than one of mine.
She loves “chinfon chocolate cake” (Bolo Chinfon de Chocolate) and tree layers pudding (Pudim de 3 Camadas).
Well… thinking about it, I wouldn’t be doing such a big sacrifice, would I?
Love you mom, thanks for teaching me the value of cooking!
And thank you so very much Picky Palate, for bringing more creativity and inspiration into my food.

Any Mother’s Day Dessert? Ohh boy… I don’t know! I’m trying to come up with a good one to make my mom, I was thinking a Passion Fruit Curd trifle, but she much prefers chocolate… so I might have to do something with that instead.

I love a good lemon square though–my future kids will know anything citrus would be my Mother’s Day pick 🙂

  7. Chelsea

For the past 5 years I’ve made my mother a layered red velvet cake & cheesecake with cream cheese frosting. Yeah, it’s a little rich but everyone in my family looks forward to it every year!

  8. Debi Kelley

I would love (and probably will make)a yummy chocolate/orange cake with a chocolate ganache on top!!! YUM

  9. Jillian

Any Mother’s Day Dessert of my choice? I’d have to go with some sort of peanut butter & chocolate cheesecake… Mmm.

  10. Jess

I think I’d go for extra large, still warm chocolate chip cookies served with fresh vanilla bean ice cream. YUM!

  11. Sara M.

If I could have any dessert on Mother’s Day, I would have either Smore’s cupcakes Funfetti Blondie bars with marshmallow buttercream frosting. YUM!

  12. Aida G.

There are three desserts I will never say no to. Cherry covered cheesecake, cherry pie, or lemon meringue.

  13. Anna G

My favorite Mother’s Day dessert is anything key lime. Cheesecake, Pie, Cookies anything. Yum!

Oh goodness! There’s so many possibilities! But…for Mother’s Day I would like a fresh strawberry pie and homemade vanilla ice cream! 🙂

  15. Felicia

For a Mother’s Day dessert of my choice. I would pretty much pick anything the peanut butter in it and anything that I could just stay in bed and have brought to me:)

What a great giveaway! Thank you! If I could have any dessert it’d be dark chocolate covered strawberries. Mmmmm! 😀
