My Mother’s Day dessert of choice would definitely be Turtle Cheesecake!!
If I could have any Mother’s Day Dessert of my choice it would be Triple Chocolate Rapture! I would take fudge brownies and poke them with a fork. Brush cold espresso over them. Cut them into bite size pieces. Then layer them in a beautiful trifle bowl as follows: brownies, chocolate mouse, whipped cream, chopped Heath bars, and repeat three more times! That sounds simply heavenly!!!

If I could have any dessert, I think I would choose strawberry shortcake. Big flaky shortbread, homemade whipped cream & lots of juicy berries sound perfect! It’s one of my son’s favorites as well. We painted each others faces with the cream last time I made it. Dessert & fun all in one. 🙂

Grandma’s Hot Apple Crisp with Bluebell Vannila Bean Ice Cream. I’m pretty sure its what heaven will be like.

Peanut Butter Meltaway Cake – yummmooooooo! With lots and lots of oozy gooey peanut butter!
My favorite dessert for Mother’s Day would be a fabulous ‘Pastel de Tres Leches’ and you would definitely need a KitchenAid mixer for that! It’s a butter cake flavored with vanilla, soaked in 3 different milk products, making it amazingly light, very moist and sweet. =)
For a special Mother’s Day dessert, I would love strawberry shortcake made with fresh picked strawberries—a la mode. Yummy! Happy Mother’s Day!

I would make my grandma’s recipe for chocolate mousse cake, mom’s favorite! With fresh berries of course 😉
I’m not quite sure what my Mom’s favorite dessert would be, but I think all of the moms in my life would go for something chocolate and cheesecake.

I’m quite sure you’ve done enough for me already, however I really do need a kitchen mixer so I’m going to enter anyway! If I could have any dessert I wanted for Mother’s Day I would pick lemon squares (on Wednesday for your twitter party I said chocolate molten cake but today I’m craving something a little fresher!) I love a good buttery crust with sweet tangy lemon filling. Yum!
