A day (yes a DAY) in bed!!!!
Anything with strawberries would make me happy.
I would have chocolate lava cakes with ice cream and hot fudge sauce! mmm…chocolate!
I’m planning on Mexican Hot Cocoa Cupcakes, whether I have to make them or nOt. Yummy!!
My favorite mothers day would be lemon pound cake! And that’s my mommy’s favorite too 🙂
A poppy seed lemon bundt cake with lemon frosting! Or a white chocolate-strawberry tart! But knowing my Mom’s taste, we’ll be definitely having a strawberry mille feuille 🙂

I would love to have this amazing Chocolate Mousse cake we used to buy for our dessert at a local restaurant. This restaurant (actually called a club which was built back in the 1960’s) was sadly the victim of arson, twice in a year and is no longer there. *sigh* That was THE best Chocolte Mousse cake I had ever had and while I’ve tried to find another at different places, I have not.
There’s a restaurant in the UK called Prezzo that has honeycomb smashed cheesecake that I would love to have!
I’d love a generous slice of New York style cheesecake with strawberries, blueberries, and a little puff of whipped cream on top!
The perfect dessert for me would be a slice of carrot cake, with those cute frosting carrots on top!!

I would have banana bars with buttercream frosting (my Grandma’s recipe), it is my mom’s favorite dessert!!!

If I could have any Mother’s Day dessert it would be vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting. It is my mom’s favorite type of cake! She is amazing and has been helping me plan my dream wedding so I owe it to her! (Personally I would go with chocolate, but hey its not about me!!) I love my mom! I love the mixers!
My favorite Mothers Day Dessert would have to be….. A big bowl of large pearl tapioca pudding !! My Daughter has made this for me ever since she learned to cook, and since it requires the forethought to soak the tapioca overnight before you make it, it makes it even more special to me ! Happy Mothers Day to all you wonderful Mothers out there !!
