I would love to have wedding cake for Mother’s Day dessert! I crazed it when I was pregnant with my daughter and my hubby just didn’t understand! He’d say you bake awesome cakes why don’t you just go make one? My response was always because wedding cake is fill with a special kind of love…I want that kind of LOVE filled cake on the day we celebrate a Mother’s love!

If I could have any Mother’s Day dessert, it would be my grandmother’s coconut cake. She made the best cakes – all from scratch – and nobody I know can exactly duplicate them!
A big slice of cool, creamy Key Lime Pie would be decadent in this Arizona heat!
I would love to have chocolate ice cream! It’s my favorite.
I love the Chocolate chip lava sundae from Kevin and Amanda. I also make a version of Baked Alaska covered with a hot fudge sauce that hardens on the ice cream and pipe whipped cream at the base. Both are winners.
If I could have any dessert, it would probably be either cheesecake or a really killer lemon meringue pie.

I’m a big fan of any kind of dessert but if I had to pick I would choose chocolate chip cookies!
