Balsamic Roasted Strawberries with Vanilla Bean Cake. Or Balsamic Roasted Strawberry Cobbler. Or Balsamic Roasted Strawberry Ice Cream. Really, anything with Balsamic Roasted Strawberries is where my heart lies at this time. 🙂

If I could have any dessert for Mothers Day it would be my late Grandmother Sally’s lemon meringue pie. No one could ever top her meringue and since we lost her just last year before Mothers Day, no one ever will.

I would have the yummy apple pie my Grandma used to make! I also liked Picky Palate and Kitchenaid on facebook. Thanks for your amazing blog!

I would definitely have some dobauge cake (half lemon have chocolate) topped with an ice cream from the grocery store that has the most “extra” goodies added to it – a really wicked dessert!

Totally chocolate lava cakes, but that coconut cream cake there in the picture looks awesome too!

My Mother’s day dessert of choice would have to be good ol’ CHOCOLATE CAKE, preferably dark chocolate! Nothing I like better!

I’m not a mother, but I do have a mother and we happen to like the same dessert for Mother’s Day…homemade carrot cake with cream cheese icing. It’s also my mom’s birthday around Mother’s Day, so I think this fabulous cake is perfect. I’d LOVE to win the Kitchenaid mixer! Thanks for the giveaway!

My favorite dessert is ollalieberry pie warmed with vanilla ice cream and a cup of coffee to go along with it. And I love this color of the mixer!
