If I could have any dessert I wanted for Mother’s Day, it would be Coconut Cream Pie. Yum!
I think I would want a moist, fudgy chocolate cake! Yum!
Oooh…tough choice! I think I would go with Angel Food Cake with sweetened strawberries and whipped cream!
Anything lemon, especially lemon bars!
I would choose cheesecake as my mother’s day dessert. My grandmother, mother, and I would always watch the golden girls, and cheesecake was always their salvation at a time of crisis. That’s how we see cheesecake too.
I would love chocolate cupcakes filled with cream cheese and chocolate chips and topped with a thin layer of icing with bits of chocolate shavings on top.

My favorite dessert on mother’s day would be fruit pizza where the crust was a thin layer of cheesecake. Dreaming of it!

If you could have any Mother’s Day Dessert of your choice, what would it be? I would love to have my grandma’s cinnamon rolls. She passed away 2 years ago and I miss her every day. I have tried to make them myself, but it seems like there is something missing.
