Oooh, what a tough question. I guess it would be a really dense, heavy cheesecake, with fresh berries on top. And all the calories and fat grams removed. . . yeah, right!

I am a sucker for chocolate lava cake. Or a chocolate chip cookie cake with ice cream lightly drizzled with hot fudge. Yum!

I normally like pink, but this colour it really amazing!

As for mother’s day desert, I’d have to go with chocolate pecan pie… it just came to me and now i can’t get it out of my brain.

I would love to have blueberry delight for mother’s day, if I were a mother, I’m not, so I am making my mother a jar of assorted cookies.

If I could have any Mothers Day Dessert of choice it would definitively have to be homemade red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting! I haven’t had one in so long!

I have been dieting since February (lost 19 lbs! yea!), so if I could have any dessert (with no consequences, of course), I would LOVE a plain and simple brownie hot fudge sunday. I love ice cream with dark chocolate fudgy sauce, and a brownie just pulls it all together. Yum. Yum.

if I could have any dessert this Sunday for Mothers Day it would be a delicious German Chocolate cake, yummmmyy!!!
