My Mother’s Day dessert of choice would be fresh, out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookies with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top.

As a 1st time mom-to-be (due in two weeks!!), my choice mother’s day treat right now would be a berry trifle with lots of fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, pound cake and homemade creme.

I second the coconut cream pie! And my morning protein shakes would be so much tastier if made in a PINK blender!! 🙂

If you could have any Mother’s Day Dessert of your choice, what would it be? My mother passed away in 2006 of lung cancer at the young age of 62. Since then, I have had a hard time celebrating Mother’s Day. But when I want to feel close to my mom, I make one of our favorite treats to share together – $100,000 Bars as we called them…rice krispy treats made with peanut butter and corn syrup and a chocolate/butterscotch topping. Yum!

I would love to see that in my kitchen would make my kitchen look so pretty. I could see many creative batches of cupcakes being mixed in that mixer would love to have akitchen aide. Plus the reason this was made for the cure makes it even better my mother is a 6 yr survivor.

I plan on making carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. So delicious! I also love rhubarb pie.

  13. Mary

Such a tough question since anything with sugar is good in my book. I’d have to say strawberry rhubarb pie sprinkled with cinnamon and a big ol’ scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Yum!

If I could have any dessert I wanted, I would pick a chocolate cream cheese pie. … and now that’s all I can think about… 🙂
