Well, I’m not a mom yet, but I think I’d like a chocolate chip cookie sundae! My mom has yet to tell me what kind of dessert she would like this year, but I think she might be leaning towards a cheesecake. =P

I would go for a brownie cake. You make brownies in a cake pan. Then whip some cream, add some instant coffee and then frost the cooled cake. It is sooooo yummy!
My favorite dessert is key lime pie–and we are having it on Mother’s Day! (I’m making it, ha ha)
