Hmmm…Right now I think it would have to be a homemade strawberry shortcake. There is nothing better than homemade shortcake topped with fresh strawberries and fresh whipped cream. Yum!

My favorite Mother’s Day dessert is my bourbon pecan pie. I enjoy making it, but best of all, my family loves it.

Ice cream! With a warm, fudgey brownie. And peanut butter sauce. And chocolate sauce!! (and then I would probably need a mug of hot chocolate because I got cold eating the ice cream!!)
This is such a difficult decision to make…but I think I would choose my Mom’s Devil’s food cake with peanut butter icing. It’s very simple, but it holds such a warm spot in my heart. Happy Mother’s Day to all!
