I would have my mother-in-law’s Mandarin Orange Cake. She made it for my birthday the first year after I was married and I’ve loved it ever since!
Cheesecake would be my dessert of choice! Perhaps with a berry syrup on top…
My favorite would be strawberry tarts with whipped cream and a florentine crust!
A great big chocolate chip cookie, warm out of the oven, and a scoop of caramel ice cream. Divine!
