I would love me some chocolate cheesecake topped with raspberry sauce and chocolate drizzle.

    Oooh – love that Raspberry!

Question is an easy one, too – My mother’s chocolate pie! Nothing like it anywhere!

  3. Jessica

If I could have strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries, homemade biscuits and whipped cream. The most refreshing and delicious!

I would absolutely love a banana cream pie for Mother’s Day. The first year my husband and I were married (35 years ago) he made me a banana cream pie for my birthday. He prepared a meal for a queen, baked stuffed lobster and that amazing pie for dessert. He knew it was my favorite and even though he doesn’t like bananas he made that for me. Well, I ate the whole pie. Talk about a stuffed piglet. That was the last time I had banana cream pie.

In August we are are celebrating our 35th annerversary. It is definitely time for banana cream.

    🙂

I’d have to go with…. sticky toffee pudding, no question! With a side of whipped cream and some fresh raspberries, of course!

I would love to have a mondo slice of peanut butter pie with oreo cookie crust and a dollop of fresh whipped cream. Yum!

  7. Laura Styer

I would have Strawberry cream puffs, made with heavy cream and fresh strawberries. Yumm.

My dessert of choice would be a huge multi-layered, fudgy icing chocolate cake. Or a Godiva cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory! 🙂

But I would do anything for a Kitchaid Stand mixer of any kind and color, but I had my eye on the Raspberry one at Williams Sonoma! Fingers crossed!!!

If it could be any dessert I would want the creme brûlée I had in Paris when I went a few years ago. Amazing! Pretty expensive dessert though. Lol

  10. Lisa

I’m not a mom (yet-it’ll happen someday) but I know my mom would love either strawberry shortcake or something chocolatey.
