What You’ll Need For Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe
Here are the ingredients that you’ll need to make bacon cheesburgers at home. See the recipe card located at the bottom of the post for full details.
- Ground Beef– Use a good quality lean ground beef for the burgers.
- Taco Seasoning– Any favorite taco seasoning mix works great here. Use my homemade taco seasoning recipe too.
- Salt– I generally use kosher salt in my recipes. Sea salt works great too.
- Pepper- Use freshly ground black pepper for best tasting results.
- Cheese Slices– We enjoy mild cheddar cheese slices for our burgers. Use your favorite.
- Hamburger Buns– Look for good quality hamburger buns. We enjoy the Brioche buns from Sprouts Grocery Store.
- Mayonnaise– Spread taco seasoned mayonnaise on hamburger buns if desired.
- Lettuce Leaves– Iceburg or butter lettuce leaves work great.
- Tomato Slices– Use your favorite variety of tomatoes for slicing.
- Cilantro– Fresh cilantro adds freshness and color to the burgers.
- Cooked Bacon– I pick up the microwave ready to heat bacon when I’m in a hurry. Cooking up your own bacon is best.
