I’d love to have the amazing carrot cake that my Aunt Liz makes, it’s delicious! Since I have the recipe, maybe I’ll have to make it for myself! 🙂
If the dessert was just for me… It would have to be Apple pie with a maple crust. If I was making dessert for my Mom… I would make my carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. My Mom and my kids’ favorite!
I would love have a dark rich chocolate cake!
If I could have any dessert for Mother’s Day, I would choose warm chocolate chip cookie pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. And I wouldn’t have to make it. 😉

Since the HUGE hit in our house right now is strawberries….my favorite dessert would be anything they make (with Daddy’s help) with cool-whip and strawberries on top:)
If I could have any dessert for Mother’s Day it would be Tiramisu! I have tried to conquer the recipe for this very yummy dessert but I just haven’t been able to. There isn’t anywhere close to home to get it either. So, it would be an absolute treat to have it made for me…a small supply of it would be nice :D!

If I could have any dessert for Mother’s day it would be a Lemon Layer cake with strawberries and cream filling with Lemon Buttercream and more strawberries on top..Mmmmm!!!
I would love the raspberry mixer to make these icebox cookies that my grandmother and her friend use to make. As a kid, we couldn’t get enough of them! We finally figured out that she would flatten them with the bottom of a glass which made them crispy! Both of them are gone now, but luckily we found her recipe!

My choice of Mother’s Day dessert (and what my mama is receiving this year!) is a key lime tart. It sings of spring and doesn’t have the heavy pastry crust or dose of sugar my mama dislikes.

My favorite would be my Mom’s Maple Nut Chiffon Cake…yummmmm
