- Club Crackers– Find Club Crackers near the other crackers in your grocery store. These are buttery, flaky and delicious.
- Butter– I generally use salted butter for my recipes. Unsalted works just fine too.
- Granulated Sugar and Ground Cinnamon– The sugar is mixed with the ground cinnamon to be sprinkled over the buttered crackers.
- White Chocolate Melts– We like to use the Ghirardelli white melts. Check the baking isle of your grocery store near the chocolate chips.
How To Make Crack Crackers
Preheat Oven and Prepare Cookie Sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add Crackers To Cookie Sheet. Place crackers onto parchment paper side by side, row by row.
Drizzle With Butter. Drizzle crackers evenly with melted butter then top with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
Melt Chocolate. Place melted white chocolate into a ziplock bag and snip a bottom corner, drizzle chocolate over crackers and let set up. Serve room temperature.

I tried them with Nestlé white chocolate chips and after I drizzled it on the crackers and waited a while, the stripes of chocolate fell off each cracker. Boo hoo! So, I’ll try a different brand next time.
