Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
Literally the best chocolate chip cookies here!!! There’s not much more that I love to do than whip up a new batch of cookies. I’ve done recipes for “one” cookie before, but these are a bit tweaked and are my favorite yet! Crispy edges with gooey soft centers. That’s always what I look for in a cookie. Oh and packed with chocolate chips, ha! Hope you enjoy this one!

Yes and yes.
Oh for the love of cookie dough. I love you.
Scoop your dough onto a lined cookie sheet.
Bake this baby for a good 15-18 minutes. 15 minutes will leave you with a gooey soft center. 18 minutes will be a little more cooked through if that’s your fancy 🙂
Seriously gorgeous!
I have no words. Just go make it!!
Tips For Making The Best Cookies
- Don’t alter the recipe, use all ingredients as listed.
- For a more firm cookie, refrigerate your cookie dough for 24 hours before baking.
- Always use butter, not margarine. ALWAYS. I prefer salted butter for my chocolate chip cookies. Try it!
- Do not ever grease your cookie sheets. Will make cookies spread and change texture.
- Don’t skip creaming your butter and sugars for a good 2 minutes. Helps create a fluffy, chewy cookie.
- Try sprinkling dough with just a touch of salt for a perfect sweet and salty combination.
- Don’t overtake your cookies. Cookies will continue to cook on hot cookie sheet when removed from oven.
- Let cookies cool completely before storing in containers. This will keep their crispness
- Store leftover cookies in an airtight container for 3 days room temperature.

I wanna put vanilla ice cream on top of this with hot fudge!
When I saw this in my email yesterday, I knew,I was going to make that cookie when I got home from work. I added pecans and the mini carmel chips, along with the chocolate chips. The cookie tasted as good as it looks. I will ALWAYS make this cookie… for me.😁
Looks delicious! I like the addition of vanilla pudding mix, I think it adds a little something extra. I do want to caution you, however, against recommending that people eat the whole cookie in one sitting as it amounts to 1,039 calories. That’s half the average adult’s daily allowance
wow ,i can make this without the pudding mix?
and what the replace for pudding mix
Any way to make this without the pudding mix?
What is 3 tablespoons of egg mean?
It means you take one beaten egg and measure 3 tablespoons out of that egg.
This looks amazing!!!
I need this in my life immediately!
these cookies are delicious, can’t make just one!!
I love this recipe! I am always wanting to make cookies, but I don’t want to eat a whole batch. This is the perfect solution!
I’ve made this about 5 times now, with different types of chocolate chips. We love it!
Thus looked really good but when I made it I followed directions exactly and it turned out horrible more like cake batter than cookie dough
this looks amazing. I am wondering about the pudding mix as well. It’s not something I ever buy. Is there a sub?
Thanks!
I will try to do it.
I have never tried cooking , These cookies looks awesome!
This looks delicious! Is the pudding mix absolutely necessary or can it be replaced with something else? It’s not something I ever have on hand.
This is my kind of recipe! Love this cookie!!!
This cookie looks like the best idea. But I don’t think I’ll share (since I don’t have to). : ) Definitely trying this next time I have a night to myself!
Yum! What can be used in place of the pudding mix?
I LOVE this idea!!
Now that is one large cookie. That might help my feel better when I want to eat 2-3 cookies I actually just eat one really big one.
